I have this too, for a little over a week now. When I brought it up at my appt Monday. Ob asked a few more questions and told me I was technically in early labor and they are contractions. I knew they were contractions already though. He said not to get too excited and that early labor can last anywhere from a few hours to several weeks. Though I'm only 11 days away from when I had DS. He did recommend I not travel far and pay attention because I could transition into active really at any time. I'm on my phone so I can't see how many weeks you are. If its concerning you call yours. That's what they are there for. Good luck. Oh I found hot showers help a ton. I've been taking a bunch. I kind of lean over so the water hits my back.
