DS is really starting to read well. He is sounding out words on his own and it makes me SO happy! DD has always struggled in reading, so its a nice change to have a kid that takes to it easily.

How do you feel about this cycle?

Muh, I posted in the TWW thread this morning that Im not feeling too confident. Ive been pretty pmsy this week. AF is set to show on Friday, so well see.

GTKY: Do you work or stay home? Will you change once a new addition is added?

I work, and I would really like to stay home once number 3 comes along. I feel guilty leaving a kiddo at daycare. DD went to daycare starting at 3 months, she survived but I hated dropping her off. I was very fortunate with DS, I stayed home with him until he was 3 yrs. and truly cherished that time with him, but it took a toll on us financially. Now that we are accustomed to having two incomes, Im worried going back down to one would put us right back in that hole we were in a few years ago. Just dont know if staying home will be wise for us. Lots to think about, at least we have time.

Any recent milestones your LOs have hit? My daughter is in kindergarten and I found out that she has already passed the yearly set goals. She's too smart for her own good. ;)

How do you feel about this cycle? Its only my first cycle. So I really don't feel anything.

GTKY: Do you work or stay home? Will you change once a new addition is added? I am a SAHM and will continue to be once the third arrives.

Ages of your LOs: 20 months next week

Any recent milestones your LOs have hit? He's saying a lot more and learning new words constantly. 'Pizza' and 'star' are the most recent additions.

How do you feel about this cycle? As long as my temp rises the next few days I'll feel pretty good about it. We've been sexing it up a lot more this cycle.

GTKY: Do you work or stay home? Will you change once a new addition is added? I work outside the home.  Most likely I will continue to work, unless we somehow come in to a bunch of money and can pay off most of our debt.

She can now feed herself pretty well with a toddler spoon and fork. Makes mealtime so much easier!

How do you feel about this cycle?
Up and down. Last night I was feeling pretty low but today I feel better. I just need to remind myself that it will happen sooner or later.

GTKY: Do you work or stay home? Will you change once a new addition is added?
I'm a SAHM and that won't change once the new little one comes along. I plan on staying home till both kids are at least in preschool. We are doing fine financially on one income, so it's worked out well for us.

Any recent milestones your LOs have hit? He has a bit of a speech delay, and has been talking a lot more lately.  We are so proud of him. :)

How do you feel about this cycle? Neutral, this is really our first month trying (we did try one month last summer too)

GTKY: Do you work or stay home? Will you change once a new addition is added?  I work as a consultant, so a lot of it is from home which is nice (I can do a lot while DS naps on my "days off").  I also make my own schedule so it's very flexible.  It's a good deal!  I work with special needs children so the trade off is at times it can be very stressful.  I plan to do this work once LO arrives as well, maybe just cut back on my hours for "maternity leave" (which I won't be getting through my work).

That's awesome! DS is pretty smart too. I don't wonder if that's why he gets in trouble sometimes for messing around, he's bored. That and it's just his personality, silly and fun.

Ages of your LOs:  My twins are 21 months.

Any recent milestones your LOs have hit?   The language explosion is happening, and sibling rivalry is beginning.

How do you feel about this cycle?  Still not taking things too seriously.  If I get KU,  I will be happy, but I won't be mad if it doesn't happen.  We will really get down to business after the 1st of the year.  

GTKY: Do you work or stay home? Will you change once a new addition is added?
I stay at home, and I will probably stay at home until we decide to put the girls in preschool.  Doesn't bother me at all.  I do have dreams that I still am wanting to reach, but I know life takes its turns so I am being patient.

Any recent milestones your LOs have hit? Ok, so I feel pretty badly out of place here...she graduated from high school this summer, moved to her dad's in the city an hour away, and got her first job, saving up for college in April.

How do you feel about this cycle? Pretty good, hit the right days and temps look good. But FF has changed my CH back and forth between CD8 and CD10 about five times now; today it's CD8, which I like better as it puts me 10 instead of 8DPO and makes for better sex timing. It is my first cycle actually charting though, so I'm sure that's part of it.

GTKY: Do you work or stay home? Will you change once a new addition is added? I'm a teacher, if I got pregnant now I'd have the baby in August which would be perfect for a school schedule - I could take my full year off, then would go back to work.

Ages of your LOs:  will be 6 in February

Any recent milestones your LOs have hit? DD started kindergarten this year, she is starting to read and we've reached the point in our household where DH and I can no longer spell out words we don't want DD to hear....


How do you feel about this cycle? I feel like it's going to end like every cycle the past 14 months...BFN.  I have my first appt. with an RE next Wednesday, so I'm hopeful that we can figure out what he heck the issue is and get me KU'd!!

GTKY: Do you work or stay home? Will you change once a new addition is added? I am a school social worker.....and plan to continue working....wish I didn't, but that's how life works.

How do you feel about this cycle? I am on the fence, this month was better for sex since my DH was feeling better, but I don't have my hopes up.

GTKY: Do you work or stay home? Will you change once a new addition is added? Work, and no it won't change. I would love to work part-time/sah part-time, but I just don't think it is possible. My DH is likely getting laid off in the next little bit so it is going to be a rough winter and my job/income is very secure. I am trying to convince DH to get a nanny when we have our second to take some of the buden off me.

Any recent milestones your LOs have hit? Been sitting up for a couple of weeks; I think crawling is gonna happen real soon as he gets on his hands and knees and is rocking.

How do you feel about this cycle? Pretty good.

GTKY: Do you work or stay home? Will you change once a new addition is added?  I work - just part-time - mornings.  My sister is my "daycare" - she doesn't watch any other kids, just hers and my 1.  I plan to do the same when the next LO is born.  I think when I get to 3, that will be my time to either start staying home or look for a work-from-home job where I'll bring in a nanny.  Packing up 3 kids in the morning doesn't sound exciting.

I have 1 almost one year old.

Milestones, yup he's walking like a crazy running man, opening doors, climbing on dangerous objects, saying words, has 8 teeth. And currently trying to wean if midnight snacking....on my boobs!!!

 

How do I feel this cycle-content. We would love another one but if its not in the cards for us were OK.( Lots of nieces and nephews, ) :-). I got lucky w my first we only "tried" for one cycle and then my cycles were only 25 days apart, now the they are 40. Blah. So I have one week till I ovulate then a two week wait and I'm on day 13.

 

I work as a social worker for a school program for low income fasmilies. I have summers off and my son goes to play group for a few hours a day then grandma has him., :-). So I'll keep working.

How do you feel about this cycle? Today is CD1 of Cycle 7. I feel very blah at the moment. 

GTKY: Do you work or stay home? Will you change once a new addition is added? I work full time, 3 12 hours shifts at night as a RN. That will stay the same if we ever have another.

Any recent milestones your LOs have hit?  Not necessarily a milestone but she is pretty much awesome right now and I love hearing her talk about new things.  Her current favorite words to describe things she likes are "fabulous" and "amazing."  So cute.

How do you feel about this cycle?  I'm not really sure what to think.  I have started my first cycle of clomid (yes, I'm being monitored) and would like to be optimistic but I have serious doubts.  

GTKY: Do you work or stay home? Will you change once a new addition is added?  I am a teacher so I work during the school year and stay home with DD when I am on summer and holiday breaks.  No, things will not change once a new LO is here.  DH and I both have to work to make ends meet.

How many LOs do you have? One boy

Ages of your LOs: He will be four next Monday!

Any recent milestones your LOs have hit? He brushes his teeth and gets dressed completely on his own now. If I could just get his closet organized he could probably pick out his own clothes without help too.

How do you feel about this cycle? N/A but I am really tired of TTA

Do you work or stay home?I work and go to school part-time. It's a mess

Will you change once a new addition is added? Nope, I'll keep working

Any recent milestones your LOs have hit?  He finally got all of his effin' teeth.  Yay for no more teething!!!! 

How do you feel about this cycle? I am at the tail end of my last cycle TTA

GTKY: Do you work or stay home? I work outside of the home

Will you change once a new addition is added? No changes in work schedule if we are lucky enough to have number two.

Happy Wednesday and Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Ages of your LOs? DD is 3 years old.

Any recent milestones your LOs have hit?  Not really, she has been showing interest in learning to tie her shoes so that has been exciting.

How do you feel about this cycle?  We are actually TTA this cycle so just kind of waiting to see when AF shows so we can get back at it.

GTKY: Do you work or stay home? Will you change once a new addition is added? I stay at home during the day and work in the evenings and weekends.  I will probably take 6 weeks off and slowly go back to work but keep to my evening and weekend hours.

How do you feel about this cycle?  nervous and stressed.  If we concieve this cycle, my EDD is 2 days before my dads bday (he passed away suddenly 3 months ago).  

GTKY: Do you work or stay home? I am a high school science teacher.

Will you change once a new addition is added? I will take my year mat leave and hope there is a job when I go back (Im just temporary contract.)
