Does anyone here get night sweats?

I'm almost 2w pp, and I have been having night sweats every night since my milk came in (I EBF).  I assume this has something to do with my hormones?  It usually happens around 3-4am and I'd wake up with my shirt soaking wet. Before I was pg, I used to get these night sweats right before I get AF.  Now it's a nightly event and I have to change my shirt every night.

If this happened to you, did it get better?  When????

Aria will be a month old tomorrow and I get night sweats like crazy too. It didn't start for me until about a week ago. I'm curious to hear from others how long it lasts.

I'm still going through it, so I can't help with when it will stop, but YES I sweat like crazy every night! My doctor mentioned it, but didn't give me a time frame for how long it will last.

Yes, it's terrible. I go to bed really cold, then when I wake up to feed her sometime between 2 and 4 I'm soaked in sweat.

My night sweats lasted a few months, and basically stopped once my milk supply regulated.

I formula feed and i get them. I read that its your body ridding of the fluids you gained while pregnant. They certainly suck lol.

I get them too.  Didn't notice them until I was discharged from the hospital.  It seems like when I get up for the midnight feeding/pumping, I am always sweaty.  I wasn't sure if it was hormone related or due to my blood pressure pill.  Guessing after reading this though it's hormone related.

Gross isn't it? I am 9 weeks post partum and I don't get them any more. I guess it has been a couple weeks since I got them. Next thing to happen? Your hair is going to start falling out in clumps and you are going to think you are going bald!

Same for me!  With my first it lasted about 4-6 weeks.

I didn't have them with number one.  With number two I had awful ones up until about six weeks. I had no idea they were pregnancy related, and at first was terrified I had lymphoma!

I had them for a couple months with my first one, with this one for only about 4 weeks. With my first I had to sleep on a towel they were so bad. If not, the bed under me would be soaked.

OMG don't remind me. With DS I lost so much hair. Once the hair actually grew back and stopped looking crazy I got pregnant again... go figure.

I get them. When I wake up to feed LO, I'm freezing because my shirt is soaked. Now I'm terrified about losing my hair. :/

I had them, too, and I don't remember how long they lasted. I was crazy swollen during the last two months of pregnancy, though, so I was thrilled to be losing the excess fluid--I didn't care about sweating it out at all. For me, it was sweet relief. It took me about a week and a half to be able to get into a pair of shoes even after giving birth.

Now that the sweats have stopped, I have noticed that my overall body temperature at night seems to be much higher. I used to sleep in pants, socks, long sleeves, etc. Now I find myself stripping off my shirt and sleeping in my nursing bra.
