For these I taped soft white mini lights to the wall (or you could hang them off a headboard of the bed if you have one), then put baby about 4 feet in front of the lights (pretty much at the end of the bed). Shot in manual mode with a speedlight bounced off the ceiling and wall behind me.
I had to lower the shutter speed to 1/100 which I don't like to do because I get bad motion blur with my little mover, but some turned out alright!
