Teas?

Tell me about the teas that you can drink to help go into labor. I didn't do anything last time to help the process move a long but I'm curious this time around. I was wondering what type of tea it is, how much you should drink, when you started to drink it and just basic information about it if you tried it the first time or will be trying it?

I have a while still to go but I wanted to try a few methods this time around since my husband isn't deployed and I want to avoid getting induced again.

Thanks for the info!!

It's red raspberry leaf tea. It doesn't help you go into labor really, just helps tone and strengthen your uterus. I drank the tea my whole pregnancy and then switched to the capsules at 33 weeks.

This, I was going to start taking the capsules this week...I'm not a big tea drinker!

Not a tea, but another thing that helps get the baby in the right position and helps relieve pressure/pain: Sitting on an exercise ball! It is great!! :)

Ditto. I sit all day at work and was unable to get comfortable for weeks because baby had dropped and I had so much pressure and back pain. I've been sitting on the exercise ball for 2 weeks every day and it amazing...now if only the seats in the car were exercise balls.

Yes, this tea.  I drank it when I turned 36 weeks... it didn't induce labor but the midwife at the doctor's office said it could help get your body ready for labor.
