A Canadian's thanksgiving gift BFP!!

Holy Hell you guys!!! Got my two lines tonight! BFP!

The details:
I am 9 dpo and tested when I got home from work. The test was a little wonky bled heavy through the middle, but lighter on the edges but there was a pretty clear line! I dipped a FRER just to be sure and it was also 'no doubt about it' positive! EDD is August 6th!

What We Did:
This month we used OPKs for the first time and hit 2, 1, O, 1. I've been taking chaste tree oil, cod liver oil and vitamin D at the recommendation of my naturopath and ovulated cycle day 16 instead of my usual 1822.

How I told the hubby:
He came home as the FRER was processing, I was shaking as I showed him the sticks... He was just like 'what is this'. He wasn't very excited. He refuses to believe a faint line means anything. This is typical of him, he's not an excited/tears kind of guy. I'll pee on a digital in the morning and hopefully a 'pregnant' will show up and he'll start to believe it!

The gushy:
I know everyone says this, but you guys are awesome! I would still be using my phone app getting busy on the wrong days! Thanks for the advice, the answers, the laughs and the snark ladies! I think I will stick around a bit as it's still pretty early, but I hope to see you all on the August boards!!!

LOL men definitely don't comprehend the whole "it's only 9 DPO...we're lucky to get a positive at all (yet), much less a faint one" argument!

Both ovaries and left tube looked healthy and clear, so we'll see what the future holds for us.
