how do u know when your lo has had enough to eat?

I EFF and my lo never seems content no matter how much she has had to eat.  She usually does between 3-4oz every three hours and will continue to eat if i let her.  Of course anthing over three oz and it usually comes back up.  She will not take a pacifier and if offered will spit it out.   my husband thinks she eats too kuch and is much bigger than others her age (1 month).  We argue about weather she is hungry or not since she constantly cries.  I don"t know what to do and feel terrible that I dont know what shee needs.

I would try feeding her less formula more frequently and see if that helps.

She may have reflux that bothers her which is why she constantly wants to drink. Try keeping her up right after feedings and if she is crying maybe she is tired? FF babies probably want to eat every 2-3 hrs on average and typically eat their weight X2 in oz in a day, at least that's what I thought. Maybe get a slower flow bottle? Hang in there. Talk to the doctor if nothing else helps!

I agree that it could be reflux.  Her symptoms sound a lot like my DS1's were.  Once we got him on reflux meds he became a much more content baby.  That being said I also like the other PPs idea of feeding less more often.  Sometimes their tummies get too full and they think that eating more is the cure to the tummy ache.
