There is a wonder weeks app on iTunes, for $1.99 you get the chart with your LO's location noted as she grows, descriptions of each leap, symptoms to expect and resulting behaviors. I found it helpful.
as for playtime, I found that age super hard. They are too small to "play" much, but singing to them and engaging them is what I'd suggest. I think 1-2 months is hard bc they start to get bored, but they are able to really participate in play consistently.
