I had the same thing after I spent a long Saturday afternoon on the couch doing tons of research (and relaxing admittedly :). I purchased the prenatal yoga video by Shiva Rea (lots of great stretches, but especially hip openers) and have since been doing it about every other day, which has been really helpful when I'm feeling achy or stiff. I've also made a point of going for walks daily and making sure not to sit for too long at a time.
