I've always opted out...because I had it two different years and those 2 years I was SO sick with the flu like 35 times :/ but it's really just a personal choice only you can make :
There you go spewing nonsense again. It's extremely unlikely that you had influenza 3 to 5 times in one year. A cold is not the flu. A stomach bug is not the flu. Influenza has nothing to do with head congestion or the digestive tract; it is a serious viral infection of the respiratory system. The shot can not make you sick, as it contains dead viruses.
OP, pregnant women are considered in the same high risk category for flu as the elderly and young infants. It can be very dangerous to us and to the unborn fetuses. My suggestion is always that you talk to your doctor; or more than one if you can; and do some proper research.
I did the above when I was pregnant with DD and chose to get it. I'll get it this time as well.
