Blakeley, even if it's a family name, sounds feminine and it rolls of the tongue awkwardly. Just go with Blake, maybe?

I like Blakeley. I think it's different, and a family name. My husbands middle name is Patrick and he hates it.

I voted for Patrick Dean. I strongly dislike Blakeley as a FN, even if it is a family name because it seems to be going girl right now. I'd keep it in the MN spot to honor g-pa.

So either Patrick Blakeley -OR- use Patrick Dean this time and save Charles Blakeley for potential DS2.
