Baster turned to Angel baby

I find myself back here again! 

Our turkey baster turned to an angel sometime over the weekend. I had a scary bleeding episode last week. The doctors did not visualize a gestational sac on the ultrasound last week and wanted to see us again today (~6 weeks) to see what is going on. 

Our fears were confirmed, I miscarried with my bleeding episode. :(

 After the scan, we sat down with the division head physician, and author of many books on fertility, and expressed our frustration. He wants to assume our care as our primary doctor, and review our records, and possibly offer some more diagnostic tests and make a new plan with us. This was so reassuring to us!

Finished BC and not preventing since June 2010.
Actively trying for baby #1 since July 2011.
SA completed 5/29/2012. No sperm found.
11/12: Dx: Congenital Bilateral Absense of the Vas Deferens.
Genetic Testing needed as this is a mutation of Cystic Fibrosis.
IVF #1 with ICSI planned for 2013.

I'm so sorry.  I'm in the same boat, although I haven't started bleeding yet. I am stopping all my meds today and hoping my numbers go down naturally and quickly.  This process is the worst of the mind-*** (excuse my language, but it is only appropriate). Here's hoping we can both get back on track soon.  I am coming to terms with the fact that NO ONE gets it unless they've been there.

Me: 33, DH: 32, Started TTC #1 since November '11
Saw RE April 2012 due to irregular cycles, Dx'd PCOS (normal weight)
Clomid 50mg, 100mg, then Femara 7.5, no response after 7 cycles
Testing = normal CD3 bw, normal HSG, v high antral follicle count; good DH SA
IUI #1 on 7/11/12 but poor monitoring and found out after that I never ovulated
New RE; Begin IVF September '12: Lupron, Gonal-F, Ovidrel trigger
14 days of stims, ER 9/30/12 (17 eggs, 12 fert)
ET 10/5/12, single blast transfer, 6 frozen
Home Digi 10/13 (8dp5dt): BFP! Beta 1: 11, Beta 2: 10 = chemical preg :(
FET #1 single embryo transfer: 11/10/12
5dp5dt:BFP! Beta 1- 122; Beta 2- 160; Beta 3- 202; Beta 4- 276
Poor prognosis, U/S inconclusive, 11/27 stopped all meds
12/12/12 - hcg mid 40s, MTX shots; 12/24/12 - hcg same, 2nd MTX shots;
1/23/13, hcg finally at zero. Blood work shows abnormal NK cell activity, but holding off on treatment this cycle
FET #2: 2/9/13, Beta #1, 2/18/13: 265!!, Beta #2, 2/20/13: 570!!, Beta #3 2/22/13: 1445!! Saw gestational sac and yolk sac on US 2/26/13

July 2011 - Feb. 2012: 2 Clomid/TI cycles; 3 injectables/IUI cycles. Good response but BFNs.
Dec. 2011: Laparoscopy (clear) + hysteroscopy to remove uterine polyp.

April 2012: IVF #1: FSH 9.2, AFC 7-8. Antagonist protocol.
Started stims (300iu Gonal-F, 150iu Menopur) 3/28.
Added ganirelix 4/1. Trigger 4/5 (7 follies). ER 4/7: 7R, 0M, 0F. :-(

Nov. 2012: IVF #2: Long Lupron protocol.
Started Lupron 10/27. AFC 10+. Started stims (300iu Follistim, 150iu Menopur) 11/8.
Trigger 11/18 (7 follies). ER 11/20: 9R, 1M, 1F. 3dt of my one 6-cell embie on 11/23: BFN.

Dec. 2012: Hail Mary IUI cycle with leftover IVF meds: BFN.

Feb. 2013: IVF #3: Estrogen priming protocol.
Pre-AF: estro patch + ganirelix. AFC 8-10. Started stims (450 Follistim, 150 Menopur) 1/28.
Added ganirelix 2/4. Combined Lupron/HCG trigger 2/10 (6-ish follies).
ET 2/12: 6R, 1M, 1F w/rescue ICSI. My embie didn't make it. :-(

((((HUGS)))) I'm so sorry. I'm in a similar boat, found out yesterday that a miscarriage is imminent. It's so unfair.

Trying for a baby since 4/10
DX: Infertile 6/11 Me: LPD, all other blood work clear. May/ 2013 Egg maturity and quality issues.. DH: low sperm motility,low count.
Met with RE start clomid + TI + IUI 5/12= IUI cancelled due to positive Cystic Fibrosis carrier test. DH tested Neg. for Cystic Fibrosis,
6/12 Clomid + TI +IUI=BFN 8/10 IVF consult.
IVF #1 Started BCP 9/2 Lupron 10/11 stims 10/27 ER 11/6!! 5 eggs retreived only 1 mature. FERT report shows none made it.Cancelled cycle.
IVF #2 BCP 11/18 Lupron 12/14
Stims start 12/29 ER 1/8 ET 1/11 put in 1 grade B and 1 grade C. Beta: 1/20=BFN
Second opinion at new clinic TBD
decided to stick with old clinic with new plan.
5/3 started metformin for IVF # 3 set to start in July!!!

TTC #1 for about 3.5 years
ME: 37, PCO, immune issues?, teflon uterus (my added diagnosis)
HIM: 38, Perfect. (Showoff.)
Month before starting Clomid, spontaneous pregnancy. m/c at 7 weeks and D&C.
Four months of Clomid, one IUI, with Intralipid each cycle: BFNs all
IVF 1.0 July 2012 -- Lupron, bravelle, menopur, estrogen, progesterone supps, intralipid. 14 ER, 14 fertilized, 1 blast transferred, 2 on ice. BFN
FET 1.1 -- 10/2, transferred our 2 blasts. Lupron, PIO, estrogen, baby aspirin, prednisone. BFN.
IVF 2.0 December 2012 -- Bravelle, Menopur, Ganirelix, Prednisone, Metformin, estrogen, progesterone supps. 22 eggs retrieved on 12/14, 17 mature, 15 fertilized. OHSS anticipated so ET cancelled. 3 embryos frozen.
Broke up with old RE. Moving on to new dude. Maybe the change of scenery will be just the trick for our frosties. On BCPs for possible April FET.

Me: 35, DH: 36, ttc: 3+ years, dx: unknown
10/11: after 2 years, saw a RE, FSH 5.4
11/11: BFP! (surprise after thyroid med & normal hsg),
12/11: missed m/c after 7 week u/s,
1/12: D&C,
6/12 IUI #1: clomid, 5 mature follicles, excellent sperm,= BFN,
7/12: IUI #2: clomid, 3 mature follicles, excellent sperm= BFN,
8/12: IUi #3: clomid, 5 follicles, = BFP!, C/P
10/12 IVF #1: FSH 5.4, estradiol AFC: 14, long Lupron 150/bravelle75,5R/5M/4F, all 4 made it to 5dt, 1 blast and 1 8 cell transferred. No frosties. BFN
IVF #2: AFC 21, MD lupron 12/25, 225bravelle/150men, 4R/4M/3F, 5dt of 1 blast BFN
IVF #3: natural start antagon, starting 3/30, ER 4/11, 12R,11M,10F
