IUI 1-3: Clomid, Gonal F, Ovidrel + Prometrium = BFN
Acupuncture starting January 2012; IUI 4-5: Gonal F, Ovidrel + Prometrium = BFFN
IVF #1 (Antagonist) w/ICSI & AH: ER 8/7/12--7R/4M/4F; ET 2-8-cells + 1-7-cell embies= BFN
IVF #2 (MDLF)w/ICSI & AH: ER 11/26/12--23R/14M/6F ET 11/29 1 early morula + 2 8-cells; Beta 1 (15dp3dt)= 408; Beta 2 (17dp3dt)= 649 Beta scare :/ ; Beta 3 (19dp3dt)= 1485; 1st u/s 12/28/12= 1 sac with 2 HBs 113bpm EDD= 8/19/13; MIssed MC of identical twin boys D&C @ 8w3d on 1/10/13

I updated above. Out of the 7 only 4 fertilized normal with ICSI. I'm crushed and now just have to wait and see if any of them make it to a 3dt and I'm not feeling hopeful.
Me 37 MH 40 - TTC since June 2010 - dx with Severe MFI. Straight to IVF with ICSI. IVF #1 - ER 06/13/12 - 9 Eggs Retrieved - 4 ICSI'd - only 2 fert. 06/15/12 - 2DT - 3 cell & 6 cell with fragmentation. Beta 06/29/12 - IVF #1 = BFN. 07/20/12 - WTF Appt -Told by our RE to quit IVF. Second Opinion from RE is good. IVF#2 - November 2012. Estradiol Pills Started 11/6. Stims start 11/16. ER 11/26 - 7 eggs retrieved - all mature. 4 fertilized with ICSI. ET 11/29 Transferred 3 embryos. Beta is 12/10. 1st Beta 81 2nd Beta 160 and 3rd beta 360!!! First U/S 12/21/12 - We saw one beautiful gest. sac. 2nd U/S is 01/04/2013 - H/B 183 02/05/13 - NT Scan - everything looks good and IT'S A BOY!!! EDD 08/19/12

You had twice as many eggs fertilize this cycle; I hate that you feel crushed. Though I know where those dark feelings come from...FUIF.

I hope you hear great news when you arrive for ET on Thursday! I hope my ET is at a decent time where I can do acu before and after, like you.

I'm thinking great thoughts for you that you will get a great time. Your cycle looks like its going well and I have everything crossed for you. Last time we had a two day transfer and I figure there's no way we could make it to 3dt and never a 5 dt this time. I'm just waiting for them to call and tell me they didn't make it! Trying to think positive but agree with you it's definitely FUIF!

Side note I'm hating the doxy antibiotic I have it makes me nauseous and I'm on endometrin and feeling like a gooey mess lol how are you doing with these if your on them?

I'm on Doxy, too.  My clinic usually prescribes 1 mg of Zitromax prior to ER, but I'm allergic to Erythromycin so I get to take Doxy for 7 days BID--fun fun.  I'm on Estrace BID orally (thank goodness), but I am prescribed the Endometrin TID as well. They've been fine so far, because I've been mostly laying around afterwards.  The grossness will be when I have to shoot it up there and then go on my merry way to work.    Tongue Tied

If you work, have you gone back yet?  I took the whole week off, because last cycle I felt awful up until my 3rd day.  This cycle seems to be following suite.  I have an acu appointment today at 3pm hoping she can cure my constipation, because colace, gas-x and Phillips MoM are not touching it.  Embarrassed

I went back to work the day after ER I'm an accounting supervisor so I mostly sit down for my job and had to be in to proof payroll for Friday. I couldn't sit home and drive myself crazy anymore. I'm off tomorrow and wanted to come back Friday but my husband said No Way lol lucky I have a 1000 piece puzzle waiting at home for me. I've been really crampy but no constipation yet. I had that bad with PIO. The endometrin is just gross. I was on estrace after retreival last time but not this time not sure why. How are your embryos doing? Does it look like a 5dt for you? Fx for you and I hope your Accupuncture appt goes well today...

Woo hoo! 3dt for you!  Party!!!  FX very hard for you, my dear!

I am scheduled for a 3dt tomorrow, but if things are still too close to call in the morning (discriminating which of the 3 look best) we will be pushed back to a 5dt on Saturday.  I had "perfect" embies in my ute last cycle that did not stick--I'd love for them to grow them out to 5 days to see if anything notable happens. I trust my RE, so what will be will be!
