If you're sure of when you ovulated (temping) and you never have a short luteal then honestly if I were you I'd have my hopes up. Unless you recently had sex 'cause that can cause bleeding. I had implantation bleeding at 8 DPO when I was pregnant. I remember posting here, "maybe it's implantation bleeding..." and then sure enough a few days later when I took the test it was a BFP. I hope you get yours!
ETA: obviously everyone else disagrees with me and for good reason. I'm just saying that honestly -- because I had IB before with my only pregnancy -- I'd get my hopes up in your shoes. In fact, I have this irrational belief that I should not get my hopes up TTC this time around until I see IB. But that protects me against disappointment emerging from other phantom symptoms. Of course, the one time I get mid-cycle bleeding and no BFP I will have to readjust my psychology on this one. But for me, I've gotten more IB+BFP (once) than I have mid-cycle bleeding (0 times) so it works....
