NEW, so be nice!

I have been reading all of the post I can find on TTC.  Which is funny considering that abbreviation is the only one I know.  IF someone could maybe enlighten me on all the abbreviations I would appreciate that.  I am 8 days in after getting my first IUI.  So I am really looking foward to reading the boards.

FWIW, being new doesn't require that people be nice to you. This board has snark, but also lots of info.



TTC since October 2011.
DX with Non-IR PCOS in October 2012.
Missing RIGHT tube due to a prior surgery to remove cyst-zilla (40 lbs!) at age 12.
HSG showed tube was blocked - cleared by dye. DON'T DO CLOMID WITHOUT AN HSG!
Cycle #8 with 50mg Clomid & TI = BFN
Cycle #9 with 50mg Clomid & TI = No response.
Cycle #10 with Clomid 100mg + Ovidrel shot = BFN
Cycle #11 is a break cycle. Cycle #12 is a break cycle. (The break so nice, she did it twice!)

On the left side of the board, there's a list of different links. At the very bottom is a glossary. Most of the abbreviations are on there. If you come across one you can't figure out, just ask in a post. Welcome and good luck.

Both ovaries and left tube looked healthy and clear, so we'll see what the future holds for us.

TTC #2 since 05/12 (ntnp since 6/2011) SA 11/12 - low morphology Hormone levels - Great Hysteroscopy 12/28/12: everything looks fine HSG 1/22/13: Tubes Blocked...no flow Laparoscopy 2/22/13: Doc found blocked and twisted tubes and cleared up both. He also found some scar tissue on my cilia. Cleared that up and re-positioned the cilia to capture the egg better. Trying unmonitored/unmedicated for a while before perusing iui. Thanks Everyone, Im nervous, and paranoid.. Is it normal to have a slight twinge almost like cramps but not on that level??  

I hope I TRULEY  hope i dont have to stick around either..Smile
