Just had my second appointment today (the first was just a confirmation appointment so we didn't see much, just a sac). Today we saw the sac, yolk, fetal pole and a little heart beat flickering away!!!! It was so exciting!! I don't know how I am going to get through the next 4 weeks before telling people!
