Baby Hair

My lo's hair has suddenly become dry and frizzy. My MIL has even started calling him mister nappy because she says his hair looks nappy lol. Anyway, any way i can fix it?

It will probably end up being replaced by new hair.  Newborn hair often becomes slightly frizzy, but as the baby ages he loses that hair.
