I have a cousin named Tatum, and I think the name is really nice. Unusual, but not over the top. I also think it sounds great with Arden.

My OB's daughter is named Tatum and she was telling me she wished she hadnt picked it. Said when people see or hear the name they always think shes a boy. Just something to think about

And "taint" or Channing did not come to mind when I read it, at all.

I actually think of the blonde actress who played "Tatum" in Scream. But I dont relate it to horror movies either, just think of the actress. And then of course the actress Tatum O'Neal.

It reminds me of Art Tatum, the jazz pianist, and Drederick Tatum, the Mike Tyson character on The Simpsons.  I totally do not get how this is a girl name.  I love Arden though.
