heating up prepared formula

I use powdered formula and am tired ofmaking one bottle at a time. I need a quick way to heat up the pre made formula. Sitting in warm water takes too long as it is difficult ro anticipate when lo will eat.

Well from what I read prepared bottles of formula should thrown away after an hour of being at room temp.

I prepare and refridgerate about 6 bottles and use the water in the cup method. I usually keep my LO busy while its warming up. And if he's fussy a pacifier is a savior. But maybe you should invest in a bottle warmer. I'm sure that has to be quicker.

Nothing is faster than preparing one at a time.  I bought 6 bottles & I just rinse them out during the day as needed.  At the end of the day, once LO has gone to sleep I do the deep cleaning of them.  There is no reason to scrub them clean each and every time you use them... just be sure that after LO is done with one, you pour out any remaining formula and rinse.

I invested in the Kiinde bottle warmer after a friend's recommendation and I have to say it takes the stress out of warming bottles!  I just turn on the timer and go change LO's diaper and by the time we are done, so is the bottle.  https://www.kiinde.com/

We use the platex bottles with drop in liners - I fill a few with filtered water and let them sit on the counter so they are at room temperature when we are ready to use them.  Then I just add the formula to make the bottles as we need them and we don't have to heat them up.

We used to mix in advance and then warm it up in our crock pot of water that is always waiting to be used but that always took too long. Now we use room temperature water and mix one bottle at a time and then pop it in the crock pot while we change the diaper and by the time we come back it's the perfect temperature.

We switched to formula when DS was 6 months. At that time he was having like 24 oz a day I think, so I would make 24 oz in the AM in the Dr. Brown's pitcher. It has a little pump on it so you can remix it before you pour. A lot of people just use a regular pitcher too. We would keep it refrigerated and I would just heat the bottle in the warmer.

I make 6 bottles a day and keep them in the fridge. To warm them up I use my Keurig and just dispense the hot water into a big mug and put the bottle in the mug. Then I change LO and by the time I'm done the bottle is warm. (The water that comes out of the machine is 192 degrees so it works much faster than hot tap water.)

We use RTF, I make 7 bottles in the morning and just pop them in the drBrowns bottle warmer for 3 mins.
