Confused Pregnant or not!?!?

Hi ladies!  I need advice before I go nuts!  Last night after a long wait I decided to go ahead and take a pregnanct test.  I took two First Response test and they both came out POSITIVE!! This morning is the day AF should have arrived and I decided to go get another test due to denial.  I bought clearblue plus and came home and took two, which came out negative!  I do not know what to think now...I know I should retest, but worried.  Should I try again on first response or try a different one?  Anyone else gone through this?

It may just be early.  Some tests are not as sensitive as others.

Hopefully that's what is happening.

Don't pee for about 4 hours and then take a FRER.  If that comes up positive, then head on over to the 1st Trimester board.

Blue dye tests are crap. If the FRERs came up positive, it is a safe bet you are pregnant.

Thanks.  I was hoping that it was just sensitive tests.  I will retry later with FRER.

Clearblue isn't as sensitive.

Try tomorrow morning with FMU and use a pink dye test, or a digital. GL.

I would say you are pregnant, its probably just early and you don't have enough HCG to get a positive on a clearblue. Best of luck !!

This.  Also, FRER are one of the most sensitive tests on the market.  It could be that you don't have high enough hCG in your urine to test + on a less sensitive test.

Congratulations, I think!! Just keep testing. I think you are pregnant. When I was pregnant at 11 DPO I got a BFP with FRER and with a clearblue easy but it was FMU. This was a few years ago so I don't remember but I think they were equally faint. GL

Ditto to what everyone said about the sensitivity of the tests.  Test again tomorrow morning with another FRER and hopefully you'll see your BFP again!!

This pregnancy, I had a negative test with a digital in the morning, and the faintest positive in the evening with a pink dye test. I probably just caught the implantation. I was only 1 week pregnant.
