wow this explains what has happened to me EXACTLY!
I used to eat a yogurt for breafast, a salad for lunch, and some sort of veggie stir fry or primarily vegetable based food almost every day. I also eat fish occassionally but for the most part I am a vegetarian.
NOW-- I cannot eat salad. I literally have thrown away salads because I just was so grossed out by them. My appetite is now that of a 4 year old. I eat bagels in the morning, pasta for lunch sometimes icecream for dinner hahaa.
Things that have worked: fresh fruit instead of veggies (I can still stomach fruit), there is a juice bar right near my work and for some reason I can still do veggies in the form of juice. It is a little pricey though. I make quesedillas or burritos and hide spinach in them. Or veggie lasagna with spinash from Amy's. I also can still eat veggie vietnamese sandwiches near my work so I eat them often.
Maybe you can at least put cheese, peanut butter, or nuts/ beans into things so you are getting protein and calcium. Can you drink juice? You can get green juice from Naked-- that has a lot of veggies and fruits but it taste good. I now buy a huge thing of it to drink with my bagel in the morning.
In the end, if you are taking your vitamin, I think your baby will be fine because right now they are so small that they don't need much. Hopefully by 2nd trimester our healthy appetites come back. Good luck!!
