I'm back...sort of

Hi Ladies -

Went in for my 10w appt (first u/s) showed my uterus measuring 7w5d, no gestational sac, no yolk sac, no fetal pole, nothing. Just an empty ute.

I've had zero bleeding, cramping ect. I'm having a D&C tomorrow at 1pm.

Thank you for all your kind words and support over the past 10 months while I was TTC (and while I thought I was pregnant). I'm not really sure where we go from here. My doctor said that I don't have a problem getting pregnant - I have a problem staying pregnant. Because my family history is good (so is H's) she doesn't feel genetic testing is necessary unless it happens again. Truth be told we're not sure we can go through this again.

Hopefully I'll be back in a few days - for now I'm just trying to lay low and process all of this information. After this has passed we'll figure out where we go from here.

Me: 31 DH: 31. B/W: good. SA: good.
November 2012: Paratubal cyst found during U/S.
January 10, 2013: Lap removed paratubal cyst and Stage 2 Endometriosis.
January 2013: Unmedicated. P4 was 8.4. Meds recommended.
February 2013: Femara 2.5 mg and TI. P4 was 8.5. Meds will be doubled next cycle.
March 2013: Femara 5 mg and TI. P4 was over 11.
April 2013: Femara 5 mg and IUI#1. P4 was 11.4. Post wash over 40 million.
May 2013: Femara 5 mg and TI. Vacation during FW.

3/2012 HSG left dialated/Hydrosalpinx, right tube blocked
3/2012 SA - Normal! Go little swimmers!
Lap. surgery 6/13/12 stage 4 Endo Cleared tubes, removed cysts and adhesions.
Repeat HSG, right tube blocked/left hydro. PCOS, and Endometrial hyperplasia.
Moving forward with purchasing a home, then maybe IVF/ adoption/embryo adoption/ or child free.
