Just some things that I found helpful when I
started this journey:
Read the newbie link. You can find it above the
"community rules".
Watch "The Great Sperm Race" on youtube. It's
about an hour long but packed with great
information.
Sign up for fertility friend and do the
tutorials. You can click on any chart you see in
a siggy and it will take you there.
Read Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni
Weschler. I learned so much about my body and
what the heck it was up to. I recommend it to all
my friends.
Now take this advice with a grain of salt but it
definitely helped me.
