Confusing signs

I hope that someone will be able to give me some guidance with this. 

Monday and Tuesday morning I had positive ovulation tests. I had cramping in my right ovary Tuesday from about 6am-10am. Figured I ovulated. BD on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for good measure.

 Then this afternoon I saw EWCM and then creamy. What's up with this? Have I ovulated yet? Should we BD tonight too? 
TTC since January 2012
Me: 30, All clear, DH: 32, Dx December 2012 low count and low motility
IVF with ICSI#1: Retrieval 4/18/13~ 20R 16F & 7 blasts
Transfer canceled due to OHSS and FET #1 in June Anniversary

I would keep BD if you're unsure but O'ing can only be confirmed by temping. EWCM can come throughout your cycle, not just when you O.

+OPK means you will possibly ovulate, not definitely ovulate. If you aren't temping, you wouldn't be able to confirm whether ovulation took place or pinpoint the day. You can have EWCM or watery cm throughout your cycle, not just during your fertile window.

I would hump it out just in case.

OPKs can predict ovulation but temping is the only way to confirm that you actually did ovulate. You can get a positive opk and not ovulate. So, if you're not sure I would keep having sex just in case.

This. Keep trying. I wouldn't assume you are past your FW unless you know from temping that you are.

Are you still testing OPKs and getting negatives, and are you charting your temperature too?  Likely you've O'd, you just may not know for sure if you've ovulated until you see three days or more of sustained temp rise on your chart - at which point Fertility Friend will most likely give you crosshairs to tell you you've O'd.  Also, you can get any kind of CM at any time in your cycle, many of us here have noticed we get EWCM not just on the fertile days, but other times as well.  CM on its own is not a reliable way to predict ovulation.  But, I guess the short answer rather than all of the above is to just keep HIO for now to make sure you don't miss any good fertile days!

yup. To me fertile cm=time to have sex. Two cycles back i had all my usual symptoms of O and didn't o until nearly a week later.

A positive OPK does not mean you ovulated. The only way to know for sure when you ovulate is to chart your temps. I would say BD'ing every other day is safe.

If you do not get a BFP this month, I suggest that you start charting. Good luck!

This has happened to me. Most of the time, the 2nd time is the real ovulation. I would keep having sex if I were you just to be sure! But I've also had EWCM after ovulating so it could really go either way. 

Crap like this happened for my first two cycles TTC this time around which is why I'm temping again (I did with DS) even though I thought I'd give not temping a try.

I would go by the general rule BD whenever EWCM is present. Don't lose hope! And as well as many other said temping is a better reliable way to tell when you've Od. Good luck!

I agree with PP. OPK's predict ovulation , but temping and seeing a temperature shift is the only way to know if you really ovulated. I would BD just in case !! GL!
