Not hungry....

Anyone else not hungry on follistim?  I thought I'd be the opposite but I'm just not feeling anything.... I don't know if it's nerves or the medicine?

I'm on Gonal-F, which is the same thing and I'm not hungry either.  I think part of it is the bloat feeling, but I don't have a big appetite.  I didn't eat anything after about 3 pm yesterday!  Good luck!

BFP on Cycle #8. Natural M/C at ~8 weeks
IUI #1 and #2 (8/12, 9/12)- 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel = BFNs

4/18/13 - A/S- baby looks perfect, but partial placenta previa
6/10/13 - Partial PP not resolved. :-( Likely scheduling c-section for 36 weeks

I didn't notice that on follistim but during my 2WW of IVF I couldn't eat anything. I would be hungry, sit down to eat and once I ate a bite or two I would be nauseas. I hope it gets better for you.

Yes, I felt the same way. I am still not sure if it was the meds or the emotions. I could only get soup and protein bars down. I thought I was going to gain so much weight from all the meds, but I actually lost a few lbs. I was hoping the soup diet would stay, but my appetite came back in full force when it was all over.

Me (33)- unexplained MH (35)- MFI due to Vericocele. Straight to IVF w/ICSI 9/12, Antagonist = BFN c/p, poor quality blasts, tested sperm dna fragmentation. Results all good, yay! New RE for IVF #2- 1/13., Long Lupron. ER on 1/22 -10R, 9M, 9F. Transfer on hold due to overstimming. FET in Feb. 2 frozen blasts. Another BFN & another c/p. RPL testing all negative besides MTHFR gene, vericocle repair surgery 4/12/13-Bilateral Grade 3 Vericocele found & fixed, IVF #3 with PGS 4/13- 11R, 9M, 9F. Transferred 2 normal=BFN, 3 normal on ice Everyone Welcome!!!

Me(31): Some sort of endocrine malfunction that even the major Chicago hospitals can't diagnose. Yay me!!
I also have Factor V Leiden...yay me again!

January 2013- IVF #3-- BFFN
February 2013--June 2013 Back to the Endocrinologist for more diagnostic testing
IVF #4 --June 2013
PAIF/SAIF encouraged...give me some hope!!

Same here.  Lots of things SOUND good, but really when I sit down to eat it...eh.  Today, for example, was a super healthy day:  2 Krispy Kreme donuts, a cutie and a package of cheese crackers.  Cool

1/2011 -- Lap and HSG reveal Stage IV Endo and both tubes blocked.
4/2012 -- Consult with RE for IVF#1 -- All bloodwork and SA are normal -- Repeat HSG - SURPRISE! Both tubes are open.
May, June, August 2012 -- IUI#1-3 -- Letrozole + Bravelle + Ovidrel trigger = BFN
9/2012 -- Lap#2 to remove endo and Hysteroscopy

IVF#1 (Long Lupron) -- 12/6 ER - 20R 11F * 12/11 ET - Transferred 2 excellent blasts *
Beta #1 79.7 * Beta #2 240 * It's a GIRL!!

My appetite's been all over the place since I started stimming, but I kind of think that's just nerves.

 

Or maybe not?  If everyone else is the same way.
