I'm PUPO!!

Just woke up from a long nap after returning home from the ET. My husband is off today and although we do have our step kids this week, he has been doing all the household and childbearing duties so I can relax in bed. He's such a great guy!! The transfer went great......I was given a Valium and another med to relax my uterus. The Valium made me a bit relaxed for a very short period of time. By the time the embie was in, it had completely worn off. I think it was my nerves.....I was very nervous. Beta is scheduled for Dec 10th!!!!!!
-Me 32...PCOS (no pregnancies) -DDH 43....ASA (2 children from first marriage) -TTC since 9/2011 -2/12 and 3/12 ovulated on Clomid BFN (both months) -4/12 and 5/12 break from trying and focus on our upcoming wedding 5/19/12 and honeymoon to Jamaica!!! Yay!!! -5/7/12 Normal/Clear HSG (very painful for me) -6/11/12 DDH and I decide to begin IVF#1 with upcoming cycle -6/20/12 Mock Transfer and US which showed 2 cysts on Left Ovary -6/11/12 Started OCP's -6/27/12 Repeat US (checking on cyst rupture/growth)....cyst still there! -6/28/12 Surgery to remove the cyst -6/29/12 Rest, and Recovery at home -6/30/12 Recieve Med Shipment -7/1/12 Start Lupron 10mg....cont OCP's -7/7/12 Last OCP....continue Lupron 10 units -7/9/12 Begin STIMS (Gonal-F and Menopur), also Lupron 5 units -7/10/12 PM Lupron 5, Gonal 75, Menopur 75 -7/11/12 AM Gonal 75, PM Lupron 5, Gonal 75, Menopur 75 -7/12/12 AM Gonal 75, PM Lupron 5, Gonal 37.5, Menopur 75 -7/13/12 AM Gonal 75, PM Lupron 5, Gonal 37.5 -7/14/12 AM Gonal 37.5, PM Lupron 5 -7/15/12 PM Gonal 37.5, Lupron 5 -7/16/12 RE cancelled cycle due to drastic drop in E2 -Awaiting AF to hopefully start new cycle in August -Switched RE's -On OCP's x 4 weeks -Last OCP 9/18/12 -Baseline US/Labs 9/21/12 -STIMS begin 9/22/12 -After only 8 days of STIMS (Follistim 150/Menopur 150) had ER 10/3/12....53 Eggs!! -47 mature and 26 fertilized as of day 1 -Moderate OHSS so will wait on transfer....freeze all -10 Frosties...7 day 5 Blasts, and 3 Day 6 Blasts all grades A and B -Start OCP'S 10/11/12 -FET scheduled for 11/29/12!! -1 Expanded Blast Transferred on 11/29/12 -12/10/12 BFN (HPT & Beta) BFN!!! -FET 2 1/31/13 -2/11/13 BFP Beta #1 9.9, Beta #2 2/14/13 0 C/P -WTF Appt 3/28/13 FET#3 6/5/13

My TTC Story:
Me: 38,DH: 46, Married 10/07/2011, TTC since 09/2011, 03/2012 Started Clomid, 04/2012 Clomid, 05/2012 Clomid, 06/2012 Went to RE, he found a plum size fibroid in uterus, husband has low sperm count, 06/06/2012 Removed fibroid, 08/2012 Hysteroscopy, 09/27/2012 started IVF meds, 10/10/2012 Retrieved 8 eggs, 5 fertilized, 10/13/2012 Transferred 3 eggs - 8, 5, and 4 cells, 10/26/2012 BFP!! Beta: 11, 10/26/12 Beta: 2 = Chemical Pregancy

Me 37 MH 40 - TTC since June 2010 - dx with Severe MFI. Straight to IVF with ICSI. IVF #1 - ER 06/13/12 - 9 Eggs Retrieved - 4 ICSI'd - only 2 fert. 06/15/12 - 2DT - 3 cell & 6 cell with fragmentation. Beta 06/29/12 - IVF #1 = BFN. 07/20/12 - WTF Appt -Told by our RE to quit IVF. Second Opinion from RE is good. IVF#2 - November 2012. Estradiol Pills Started 11/6. Stims start 11/16. ER 11/26 - 7 eggs retrieved - all mature. 4 fertilized with ICSI. ET 11/29 Transferred 3 embryos. Beta is 12/10. 1st Beta 81 2nd Beta 160 and 3rd beta 360!!! First U/S 12/21/12 - We saw one beautiful gest. sac. 2nd U/S is 01/04/2013 - H/B 183 02/05/13 - NT Scan - everything looks good and IT'S A BOY!!! EDD 08/19/12

Me: 28; DH: 35 1/2008 -- Started TTC
3/2009 -- FD discovered at 17 weeks
1/2011 -- Lap and HSG reveal Stage IV Endo and both tubes blocked.
4/2012 -- Consult with RE for IVF#1 -- All bloodwork and SA are normal -- Repeat HSG - SURPRISE! Both tubes are open.
May, June, August 2012 -- IUI#1-3 -- Letrozole + Bravelle + Ovidrel trigger = BFN
9/2012 -- Lap#2 to remove endo and Hysteroscopy

IVF#1 (Long Lupron) -- 12/6 ER - 20R 11F * 12/11 ET - Transferred 2 excellent blasts *
Beta #1 79.7 * Beta #2 240 * It's a GIRL!!

TTC naturally since Nov 2010. Diagnosed with PCOS in June of 2012 Started seeing a RE June 2012 HSG showed a block left tube Hubby's SA showed a slightly low count everything else ok Three rounds of Clomid/IUI-all three rounds IUI were cancelled because follicles never matured. Starting injections for IVF Dec. 1st. Praying for the Christmas gift of a lifetime!!! 11/30 Baseline U/S and bloodwork-everything looks great! 12/1 Start Stims 12/11 ER 16R 7M 7F 12/16 ET 12/26 Beta #1 364 12/28 Beta #2 758 12/31 Beta #3 2249 12/31 Ultrasound showed...TWINS!!!!!! 2/4 Ultrasound showed one baby with HR of 174 and one angel baby. We are heartbroken. It's a girl! Due Sept. 4th BabyFruit Ticker

Me: 39. DH: 41. TTC since 2009.
FSH: 9.5 at highest. AMH (11/2011): 0.9. AFC: 10ish. HSG: Normal. SA: Normal.
July 2011 - Feb. 2012: 2 Clomid/TI cycles; 3 injectables/IUI cycles. Good response but BFNs.
Dec. 2011: Laparoscopy (clear) + hysteroscopy to remove uterine polyp.

April 2012: IVF #1: FSH 9.2, AFC 7-8. Antagonist protocol.
Started stims (300iu Gonal-F, 150iu Menopur) 3/28.
Added ganirelix 4/1. Trigger 4/5 (7 follies). ER 4/7: 7R, 0M, 0F. :-(

Nov. 2012: IVF #2: Long Lupron protocol.
Started Lupron 10/27. AFC 10+. Started stims (300iu Follistim, 150iu Menopur) 11/8.
Trigger 11/18 (7 follies). ER 11/20: 9R, 1M, 1F. 3dt of my one 6-cell embie on 11/23: BFN.

Dec. 2012: Hail Mary IUI cycle with leftover IVF meds: BFN.

Feb. 2013: IVF #3: Estrogen priming protocol.
Pre-AF: estro patch + ganirelix. AFC 8-10. Started stims (450 Follistim, 150 Menopur) 1/28.
Added ganirelix 2/4. Combined Lupron/HCG trigger 2/10 (6-ish follies).
ET 2/12: 6R, 1M, 1F w/rescue ICSI. My embie didn't make it. :-(

July 2013: DE IVF #1

PAIF/SAIF/PA35 welcome.

Beta Hell resulted in Chemical Pregnancy
RE shares our concerns about egg quality.
Taking a mental & physical break (with vitamins & weight loss!)

Planning IVF #2 for July or August 2013.
