Clomid Round 1 is a Go!

On Saturday I am going to start my first round of Clomid. I took my last Provera pill on Sunday and got my AF on Tuesday morning.  I had my CD3 u/s and b/w today and everything looked good - no cysts yay!  Let's hope 1st time's a charm!

TTC #1 for 22 months with Dx of PCOS
2 Rounds of Clomid + TI and 1 round of Clomid + IUI = BFN
IUI#2 7.5mg Femara + Ovidrel = BFP!!
Beta#1 @ 13dpiui = 107 Beta#2 @16dpiui = 370

I'm glad you have a plan in place. Question, have you gone through insulin resistance testing, or are you on Metformin as well?

2002 Lap. surgery Stage 3 Endo
Amenorrhea/Anovulation since 2009
3/2012 HSG left dialated/Hydrosalpinx, right tube blocked
3/2012 SA - Normal! Go little swimmers!
Lap. surgery 6/13/12 stage 4 Endo Cleared tubes, removed cysts and adhesions.
Repeat HSG, right tube blocked/left hydro. PCOS, and Endometrial hyperplasia.
Moving forward with purchasing a home, then maybe IVF/ adoption/embryo adoption/ or child free.

I'm glad you have a plan in place. Question, have you gone through insulin resistance testing, or are you on Metformin as well? 

I've had a number of blood tests and my insulin and glucose numbers are always fine.  My testosterone and LH numbers are high.

TTC #1 - Stopped using BC March 2011, officially TTC since August 2011
Dx: PCOS & mild hypothyroidism (me) & MFI
2 cycles Femara + trigger = BFN/no response. 2 cycles Clomid + trigger = BFN
IUI # 1 = BFN
Repeat SA - low motility & morphology w/ 99% bound by antisperm antibodies
Recommendation: IVF w/ICSI
