Need Some Advice or Help!?!

Hey Ladies, I am new to this site but need some advice or help not sure which. Okay let me give you a little history first so you can understand. I have been pregnant before my husband/ fiance at the time found out we were expecting after I missed two period. I didn't check before I missed two period. My periods work like clock work even after I had a miscarriage at 14 weeks. So here is the problem. I had my period on October 10 - 12 and I ovulation week was 20-25. My husband and I got married on October 20. So of course we did the dirty all week it was our honeymoon. :) By this time it is Nov. 9 and my period was due and nothing. my period never came but a few days later I went to the restroom and had two small dots on the paper but nothing. I have test every week since then. I get negatives on all the test! Does this mean I am not pregnant or do I not have enough HCG? My mom says that is hereditary in our family for it not to show up on a HPT. What do yall ladies think? My next period would be due Dec.9 and so far nothing...no cramps....

Sorry for your loss. 

I'm a little confused by your post. You get your period every 2 months? You had a period on 10/10 but you're not expecting another one until 12/9? Or you counted the spotting you had as a period? 

Anyway, you can test every few days or weekly until you get a positive or your period. Otherwise you can consult with your Dr if you hit 60 days with no period.

As of right now, according to the tests- you are not pregnant, we can't really tell you much more than that.

Negative HPT = not pregnant (or too early to tell) 

I'm sorry for your loss, but there is a zero percent chance we will be able you if you are pregnant or not. Are you temping? Using OPKs? You may have ovulated later than you think, which would affect when you get your period. I suggest testing once a week until you get a +HPT or your period shows up. If you go 60 days without a period, call your doctor.

I did a tracker to see how far I might be but have no clue how that got on here. I am still new to all this. I did not have a period for Nov at all. I wasn't sure if the small dots might have been implantation bleeding. No I don't chart I just keep up with when I ovulate.

If I went on not having a period alone I would be like 4.5 months pregnant. Oh, also you may want to start charting because you can't really track when you ovulate if you don't

I would just continue like PP said to test weekly until get your period.if you haven't gotten it in 60 days make an appointment. Good luck! And as a side note..I got married Oct 20 as well.

How can you know when you ovulate if you don't chart? The only way to know for certain when you ovulate is by charting (BBT and/or OPKs). Good luck.

I bet your ovulation was delayed by the stress/excitement of the wedding and honeymoon.  I have charted about 30 cycles and one time my ovulation was delayed because I started a new job on CD 14, so I didn't ovulate until CD 17. However, it also sounds like your cycles are not regular anyway.

The time period between the beginning of your period and ovulation will vary. The time period between your ovulation and your next period is always the same.  Thus, if your period is late and you get negative HPT, the conclusion is that you ovulated late.  Keep taking tests once a week. Call the doctor if you don't get your period for 60 days.

Just because you've had a clockwork cycle doesn't mean you always will. My period came a week early in the month leading up to my wedding great because otherwise it would have come on my wedding day.

You don't know when you ovulated workout charting. I suggest you read the newbie link and start tracking your BBT with FF.
