diagnosed with an accesory placenta

First off, I'm a lurker on 2nd tri, I mainly play over on the April13 board....but hi hello sup etc.   ok now for the placenta problem...no it's not jewelry made from placenta (as the April 13 girls were happy to find out) I have an extra little placenta that's attached to my regular placenta and I was just going to see if any of you ladies on here might have been diagnosed with the same or delivered with one.  There's not much research about it out there and my doc says it's not a huge concern.  I was just wondering if anyone had it before and can tell me anything I need to know...Thanks! :)

Never heard of this before but glad to know your doc doesn't seem to think it will be a problem.
