So I had a c-section a week ago and have been feeling great. I have two under two and they keep me amazingly busy, but as always life is not busy enough so I was wondering what are your best or favorite quick little workouts? Still can't do situps yet but am a bit dismayed because I now have that very lovely FUPA for the first time.
We do go for a walk about once a day. Because 1. we have to get out of the house and 2. that is one thing I know I am cleared to do.
