I have the same thing, it's like a sore/tenderness above my navel, and when baby kicks or leans on it, it kind of hurts. So I called the Labor and Delivery triage and described my pain and worries and they told me that it was normal and may or may not go away. So I recommend calling them if, or call your provider for their number. It helped me calm down.
