Tell me about your 1 hour glucose test

I'm sitting at the lab now and I remember with my 1st that they drew blood, I drank the drink an hour later the drew again. Today she just made me drink the drink will draw my blood in an hour. She said they only do the 1st draw if it's a 3 hour test. Was yours the same way???

Yes. Haven't had the test yet but they sent me home with the drink and instructions. I'm supposed to drink it in the car on the way, so that they can draw my blood as soon as I get there. My OB doesn't like to have people or her staff waiting.
