endometrial lining

Hello, Can anyone help me? I've been having my lining measured the past couple months throughout my cycle. It NEVER seems to get over 6mm at any point in my cycle. My GYNE doctors dont seem to be concerned about it but from what I've found on line, its not thick enough for implantation. Its been a year since my last ppt and had 3 miscarriages before that. Ive had 2 rounds of 50mg clomid and 2 rounds of 100mg clomid. I've also been taking baby aspirin and vit b complex. I'm thinking about taking a month off of all the meds to see what happens. Any ideas? Im at a lost and about ready to give up.

You might want to make an appointment with a Fertility doctor (RE).  They will be able to figure out what's going on.

I agree, see an RE.  Plus Clomid can thin the lining in some women; sounds like you might be better off with another drug, like Femara or injectables.

Me: 39. DH: 41. TTC since 2009.
FSH: 9.5 at highest. AMH (11/2011): 0.9. AFC: 10ish. HSG: Normal. SA: Normal.
July 2011 - Feb. 2012: 2 Clomid/TI cycles; 3 injectables/IUI cycles. Good response but BFNs.
Dec. 2011: Laparoscopy (clear) + hysteroscopy to remove uterine polyp.

April 2012: IVF #1: FSH 9.2, AFC 7-8. Antagonist protocol.
Started stims (300iu Gonal-F, 150iu Menopur) 3/28.
Added ganirelix 4/1. Trigger 4/5 (7 follies). ER 4/7: 7R, 0M, 0F. :-(

Nov. 2012: IVF #2: Long Lupron protocol.
Started Lupron 10/27. AFC 10+. Started stims (300iu Follistim, 150iu Menopur) 11/8.
Trigger 11/18 (7 follies). ER 11/20: 9R, 1M, 1F. 3dt of my one 6-cell embie on 11/23: BFN.

Dec. 2012: Hail Mary IUI cycle with leftover IVF meds: BFN.

Feb. 2013: IVF #3: Estrogen priming protocol.
Pre-AF: estro patch + ganirelix. AFC 8-10. Started stims (450 Follistim, 150 Menopur) 1/28.
Added ganirelix 2/4. Combined Lupron/HCG trigger 2/10 (6-ish follies).
ET 2/12: 6R, 1M, 1F w/rescue ICSI. My embie didn't make it. :-(

July 2013: DE IVF #1

PAIF/SAIF/PA35 welcome.

Ditto PP.  A Reproductive Endocrinologist (RE) would be able to help you more than an OB/GYN.  Good luck!

I agree with everyone else - you need to see an RE.  Don't waste your time with the obgyn when the RE can do everything that they can do and more.  They will find out exactly what is going on.

I would also go to an RE. Also, you might consider finding an accupuncturist who deals with infertility.  I went to one specifically to "increase blood flow to my uterine lining" and it's pretty much like a pillowtop mattress in there now.

I agree with this. I have been doing electroacupuncture for this IVF cycle and my lining got so thick they warned me they might cancel luckily it stopped thickening around 12 mm

TTC #1 7/10, Me (31)- Dx DOR (AMH 0.6); DH (30)- normal
BFP on Cycle #8. Natural M/C at ~8 weeks
IUI #1 and #2 (8/12, 9/12)- 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel = BFNs

have you tried the Famara? I've done some reading on it and was interested in it but there dont seem to be alot of studies on it. Anyone have any ideas? I know its more expensive than the clomid and my insurance doesnt cover any infertility meds. And my gyno has a call into the RE in the area to try to get some answers about the lining since I have no coverage. And my lining was thin before I even started clomid so not sure.

Hello, Well I just had my first appt with acupunture today. He has me coming weekly until I ovulate. How long before you noticed any difference in your lining? He also put me on probiotics and spleen support pills. Very inlightning.
