2nd Guessing Boy

DH and I picked Liam Samuel for DS immediately and I never thought twice about it. I love his name, regardless of popularity. Now I'm really have trouble naming DS2. We have been trying out Landon Elliott when we refer to him, but I'm not completely sold. I wish I felt like I did with Liam. Elliott is FIL's mn. We can't do Elliott as a fn, because SIL used it. Now I'm starting to debate Noah, which DH has always liked. I originally shot it down due to a previous student I had. Now I'm trying to look past that because I know eventually it won't matter. If we went with Noah, I don't want the initials NEW, so I've debated Jack. Jack is DH's grandfather.

Thoughts on Noah and Landon??

DH thinks that I will love the name when the baby is born, because he was unsure about Liam, but loves it now.

I really like the name Noah, and I think it sounds better with LIam. Landon is just too matchy-matchy with Liam for me. I also love the name Jack and it's on our boy list for someday in the future if we have a boy.

I like Noah better than Landon, and I think it goes better with Liam. Landon doesn't seem as timeless as Noah.

I basically hate Landon and adore Noah.  No contest for me :-)

 

EDIT: What's wrong with the initials NEW?  I think it's cute.  Noah Elliot = awesome.

I like Noah! I think it works really well with Liam also. I'm not super crazy about Noah Jack, I like Noah Elliott better but I totally understand not wanting the NEW initials. Good luck though! I was also much more sure about my first borns name. This time around I'm just hoping we can decide on a name before we leave the hospital!

I think Noah is an adorable name!! I prefer it much more than Landon. I would like a longer middle name with it though. What do you think of Noah Jackson??

I like Noah much more than Landon. I'm really not a fan of Landon.
dx homozygous for 3 thrombophilias, poor egg quality, and most likely autoimmune problem. Anything I'm missing?

I may be in the minority, but I don't think that Noah ages well.  It sounds to me like a forever young name.  I prefer Landon.

This was the first thing I thought as soon as I read the idea of Jack instead of Noah. If I had a problem with initials that spelled words (I don't, really, aside from obscenities and other negative associations), that would give me pause at least as much as the initials N.E.W.

I like Noah best of your choices, and then Jack.  I don't think of Noah as young - the biblical Noah lived to be super old, so what's actually weird to me is that it's so popular for babies right now.

Noah is cute! I don't like Landon at all, so wouldn't use that. I don't think the initials NEW are bad, there are some initials combinations I do specifically try to avoid but NEW wouldn't be a problem.
