Thoughts on Shay, Lauren, or Brynn?

Lauren and Brynn were at the top of my list and I came along the name Shay on a friends Facebook page the other day. What are your thoughts on those names?

I like Lauren and Shay, although I prefer it spelled Shea.

Love the name Lauren! Brynn is annoyingly trendy and all I think of is that real housewives lady, so she kinda ruins it for me. I don't like Shay at all.

Tied for first: Lauren and Brynn.  Lauren is more classic though, and Brynn a little more contemporary.

Love all three, but if I had to rank them I'd go Lauren (an all-time fave), Shay, then Brynn.

I really like the name Lauren, it's beautiful, classic, but not over-used.

Brynn is okay, but feels like it's just missing a vowel sound and should be Brian. The sounds in Brynn feels a little too clustered together if you know what I mean.

I don't like the name Shay at all though, mostly because in Chinese it means 'Who?'.

I like Brynn. Lauren is nice. I have a bad association with a woman named Shay, but even still, it's a NN her real name is is Sharon.

I really like all three! Brynn is on my short list for a girl. Shay is my cousin's name so it is out for us and we have a bad association with the name Lauren or else it'd definitely be a contender. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them!

My daughter is Shayla, with the rule she will never go by Shay. LOVE Lauren and Brynn as middle names.

I like all three.  I have a family member named Lauren and if it wasn't for that, it'd be one of my favorite names.  I think "Lauren Shay" sounds good.

Clearly, I'm a little partial to Brynn (it's DD's name). Lauren is nice too. Shay is just ok to me.

Shae to me is a bit masculine.....but I loved it when I was younger and named my dog Shaelah to make it feminine. I really like Shaelah, but don't really care for Lauren or Byrnn.

I think Shay is just not a pretty name. Brynn is very trendy. Lauren seems classic.
