Update to my stomach woes

This is a gross post...don't say I didn't warn you!

Here's the timeline:
4:00 loose stools
7:00 severe nausea
8:00 inject stims
9:00 severe vomiting
Midnight more vomiting
3:00 to present severe diarrhea like straight liquid

I have a monitoring appt at 10:30 and I am afraid I will need a pair of "Oops! I Crapped My Pants" to make the 150 mile trip!
Me: 28; DH: 35 1/2008 -- Started TTC
3/2009 -- FD discovered at 17 weeks
1/2011 -- Lap and HSG reveal Stage IV Endo and both tubes blocked.
4/2012 -- Consult with RE for IVF#1 -- All bloodwork and SA are normal -- Repeat HSG - SURPRISE! Both tubes are open.
May, June, August 2012 -- IUI#1-3 -- Letrozole + Bravelle + Ovidrel trigger = BFN
9/2012 -- Lap#2 to remove endo and Hysteroscopy

IVF#1 (Long Lupron) -- 12/6 ER - 20R 11F * 12/11 ET - Transferred 2 excellent blasts *
Beta #1 79.7 * Beta #2 240 * It's a GIRL!!

October- 100mg Clomid + Trigger + TI = BFN
IVF # 1: Stims 11/30 ER 12/12/12! (10R, 8F, 2 Transferred, 6 Frosties!)
Beta #1- 176 c/p @ 4w4d
FET #1 February 26th
Lost 4 Frosties to Thaw, Transferred 2 = BFFN
IVF # 2 in May Stims Begin 5/10
ER 5/21

Letrozole 2.5mg+estrogen=cycle cancelled for little to no response
Follistim 75 (10/15-10/19) follistim 67 (10/20-10/21) cycle cancelled due to over response 9 follies and very thin lining
~ IVF #1:BC pills started 10/27~
~IVF class schedualed for 11/13~
~ Lupron starts Thanksgiving day~
~Stims start December 1st~
~ER: December 12th ~
~ET: December 15th~
19 R. 12. Fertilized with ICSI, 2 transfered

Finished BC and not preventing since June 2010.
Actively trying for baby #1 since July 2011.
SA completed 5/29/2012. No sperm found.
11/12: Dx: Congenital Bilateral Absense of the Vas Deferens.
Genetic Testing needed as this is a mutation of Cystic Fibrosis.
IVF #1 with ICSI planned for 2013.
PAIF/SAIF welcome!

First u/s perfect little heart beat at 116 bpm. Measure 6 weeks 1 day. EDD 10/14/13 3/4/13 measuring right on track beautiful heartbeat 171 bpm, graduated from RE to OB... bittersweet. Yikes! That's not fun! 

I think I had some nausea and stomach troubles with my stims but not that bad. Have you talked to your doc? Are you sure you don't have a bug? Or ate something bad?

Thanks for your concern, ladies! It was a 24 hour bug. My sister had it as well. We both got it from my niece whose daycare is overrun with the bug!

I feel much better, though still not 100! RE said as long as I pushed fluids and didn't have fever everything was fine. Unpleasant, but fine.
