I got this DVD around my 2nd Tri and used it all way until 2 days before I delivered. I also worked out more vigorously than the DVD, but it was a great way to stay active, especially as I got bigger and more tired. I would recommend it! If it's the same one - it has a DVD for each Trimester and also a post partum bootcamp DVD, which I did a few times as well. Generally if you were working out prior to becoming pregnant, you are fine to continue, at or below the level you were working out at prior to pregnancy. I also added in a prenatal yoga DVD - there are a few good ones out there.
