When does movement start to slow?

I remember from previous PGs that it's normal for baby's movement to slow down as you get closer to the end since they have less room, but does anyone know when. For the past couple of days baby has def been moving, but not nearly as much. I'll mention it to OB at next appt but curious what others are experiencing.

don't overanaylze it.  Babies have slow days.  As long as you feel 10 movements in an hour twice a day, you're fine.

I really wouldn't say they've slowed down, but they have changed.  I don't feel many kicks but a lot of squirming around and pushing in there.

My LO will have 3-4 really active days followed by a few calm ones and it's been like that for about a month. I agree with PP "don't overanalyze it"

I've been feeling the same as you lately.  I even pulled out my doppler yesterday just to check.  I find that she'll have days where she's quiet then after a couple she'll move a ton, I always thought maybe she's having a growth spurt on those days and needs the rest.

Thanks. I'm sure I'm just being paranoid.

Same here. Baby will have very active days and then a few very slow, non active days. I assume its just her resting from a growth spurt or preparing for one.

This. I noticed less movement (but still passing kick counts) and less rigorous movement from week 32 through week 34. Now movement is picking up again.

Yes, don't overanalyze - babies move all differently.  Bring it up at your next appointment to be sure, but I really wouldn't worry!
