Running pains

Hello ladies,

I am just about 22 weeks. I have been running about 25 miles per week throughout my pregnancy but lately I have been feeling mild cramping during my runs and achy under my belly. Did anyone else go through this? Were you able to continue running throughout the rest of your pregnancy?

I love running and would like to continue to run throughout my pregnancy but I don't want to push it too much.

Are you wearing a support belt of any kind?  I got a "belly bra" via amazon, and it helped immensely with the aches and pains, I'm still running...albeit more of a slow jog, and will be 32 weeks tomorrow

Thank you ladies! I ordered the Medela support belt and it made a huge difference. I can now make it through my whole run, I am not sore afterwards and I am running a little faster. I would def. recommend this.
