It's not technically positive but I count opks like that positive because I often don't get a positive one otherwise (I only test once a day; no, I'm not going to do this at work), and sure enough OPK readings like this will lead to a temp rise for me the next day or so.
Regardless, I think if you get a reading like this you are fertile so have at it! But keeping taking the opks until they become less positive (or you see your temp rise if you are temping).
