It's a wonder to me that they couldn't keep it under wraps, even with her being hospitalized, but maybe they were just trying to get ahead of the gossip/news cycle. I really feel for her...poor girl has had her whole world turned upside down lately.
That said...kind of awesome to be pregnant with her! I adore her and think she's amazing (and I share my birthday with William) and I'm really excited for them! Hoping she feels better soon and doesn't have any further complications!
