I am 34 weeks and 3 days pregnant, Last week I was in the hopsital, for preterm labor pains. I was also dehydrated, had high blood pressure (for an hour or so) and small contrations.
When i left the hospital, My blood pressure was down, however they instructed me to do a 24hr. urine collection. The results came back My protein is elevated Normal range is 300, my levels were 900. My blood pressure, liver function and Uric acid came back normal. She is sending me to a kidney doctor to see what's going on. My doctor doesn't know what's going on at all. Which has my nerves all over the place.
Can anyone expain what all this means?
Did they run any blood work for ur kidneys maybe to get a ball park of what may be going on? are you getting any back pain? or peeing more then the normal?
