This morning was my colposcopy and the Dr. didn't see anything serious enough to biopsy. She actually said she doesn't thinks he would have bothered to biopsy even if I wasn't pregnant. I was so relieved by this I was really psyching myself up for this appointment.
Baby's heart rate was strong and clear through the doppler and everything else checked out A-OK. The only think I realized when we left was that she didn't feel for my uterus or check sizing or anything? I thought that would be routine at prenatal appointments but maybe not since she did the colposcopy?
Anyway after the exam the dr was talking to me and I had to ask her for a drink... I just about passed out on the exam table! How embarrassing... she put my feet back up in the stirrups and came back with a Capri Sun lol Best part of the appointment was scheduling the A/S... January 7th, please pray baby cooperates because we are so excited to find out if its a boy or girl!
Thanks for the kind words in my last freak-out entry about the colposcopy... I totally worked myself up for nothing. Yay for a happy and healthy baby thus far!
