Not so lucky I guess

I flew down to FL to spend out 3rd anniversary with the hubby as he is TDY there. Well day before yesterday as we were driving back from Gatorland I started feeling a bit of nausea and it was really mild. We went to dinner at Chili's and I just wanted to eat chips but then ate some chicken fajitas and all was ok. About halfway through our meal my hubby mentioned I was furrowing my eyebrows and looked upset. Then I started gagging. We quickly got our food to go, paid and left. I felt better a little while later, but then this morning I felt horrible. The nausea kicked in full force. I haven't thrown up yet, but the thought of food makes me feel worse. Not to mention my boobs have gone from tender to really sore. Im almost 7 weeks but havent had much for symptoms and thought I might be one of the lucky ones and not get too sick. Think I am not so lucky anymore!

My hubby and I have been together almost 5 years and married DH is normal (high count and high motility) . I have PCOS and annovulatory hypothalamus. Hang in there, I'm in the same boat... restaurants make me sick in general because of all the combination of smells :S which I am very sensitive to lately...

I hope you can soon eat, what I've been doing to ease the nausea is to never go to sleep on an empty stomach (usually the only thing I can down in some yogurt or fruit) and then as soon as you wake up, drink some milk or yogurt. Sometimes I force myself to each some crackers and it also helps a lot.

But it could be worse, at some point I got nausea + heartburn and that was a combo! x.x

All my symptoms started at 6.5 weeks and lasted until the other day when they let up. Now they seem to be back, lol. Just make sure you always have something in your stomach. I eat something every 2 hours and that helps. Drink water (dehydration makes it worse). When it first hit me, sour patch kids worked wonders. Now I can't stomach the sweet that comes after the sour (I can't seem to eat anything sweet without getting sick), but give it a try!
