repeat level 2 sonogram

We are 22 weeks and had our level 2 sonogram done at the 20 week mark.  Last week the receptionist at my doctor's office called and said they want me to come in for another sonogram because the pictures of our baby's right arm and right leg were blurry....but not to worry.  Naturally, I can't help but to worry.  He is a very active baby and moves around a lot during sonograms. Has anyone else experienced this?

We had to go back twice during my last pregnancy because he was sleeping and wouldn't move into a better position to get the pictures they needed. I'm sure everything is fine, they're probably just covering their bases.

I know its hard not to worry, but try not to. It honestly sounds like it is what it is, and what it is are blurry limbs...Just covering their bootys

I had to go back three times because Olivia was extremely active and the photos of her heart and kidneys were too blurry.  If there was something wrong, they'd tell you, or the doctor would recommend a specialist on fetal medicine - they're not going to hide a complication from you.

I have to go back as well. They could not get a good picture of her brain or heart. I am trying not to worry, but my doctors nurse assured me everything is ok and she was just being stubborn and wouldn't move so they would get a good look. So try not to stress, even though it is really hard not to! Like someone else said, they won't keep problems from you. :)

This happened to me too at 20wks. The baby had its head buried so far down behind my hip they weren't able to get good brain pics. So another one is scheduled for next week ( 22 wks. can that day not just come already?). I'm sure like pps have said everything will be ok!

We went back for the level 2 and the tech said that my doctor is very thorough and just wanted more pictures.  She said everything looked great and that having to go back is very common.  Whew!  Thanks for all of the replies!
