It doesn't matter. Skin elasticity is genetic. If you are going to get stretch marks you are going to get them. No amount of belly butter or lotion will prevent it.br
The breakage that causes stretch marks happens deep within the layers of the skin, and no lotion or oil will penetrate deep enough to have any effect on the elasticity at that level. So, not only are stretch marks genetic, but lotions and oils can't touch them even if they weren't genetic.
I got lucky. Never moisturized and literally got one stretch mark above my belly button due to my old piercing. Can't say the same for my boobs, though.
