Naming number 2 is impossible!

I am a long way off from having to legitimately stress out about this, but naming 2 is impossible. I picked DD's name because I thought and still think it's the most awesome name ever! I feel like nothing will ever measure up. Advice?

Totally agree. Not for the same reasons, but it's hard to go through the process again.

Can you revisit your list from DD1?

Awe!  You will find something else that you love.  Have you ever used www.nymbler.com?  You just enter DD's name on the website and it will give other names that you may like.

I would wait until I know the gender, unless you are going team green.

That is how I felt about DS1's name. Loved it, planned it from the beginning, still love it.  We didn't officially decide on DS2's name until I was about 36 weeks. After he was born, I love his name as much as DS1 and I didn't going into the hospital.  You have time and you will love another name as much.

Try naming your 3rd and LAST when you have a few really great names to choose from!!! And, if you and DH dont share naming styles that can add and extra burden. We barely talked names before we knew the gender. Then, right before we found out a girl name fell in our laps that we adored. Of course we are having another boy and are super happy/excited about that but whew...this name game is getting tough! We have  a 2/3 name "short list" and we think we will wait until little man is born to nail it down!
