WFD?

What's for Dinner and/or Drinking?

I'm starving and have no clue what to make. But, a cold Stella sounds pretty great.

 
TTC#2 Since July 2011
Me: 29, had two blocked tubes - left was cleared during lap&dye, right was unable to be cleared. PCOS & Stage 2 Endo. DH: 31, SA = perfect.
CLOMID: 4 rounds, 50mg + TI = BFN's.
FEMARA: 1 round = no response.
12-24-2012 : Laparoscopy, Softball sized cyst/endo/scar tissue removed.
Cycle #14 - Feb 2013 : 50mg clomid. Ovidrel Trigger. IUI on 2/14/13 = thin lining, multiple cysts.
Cycle #15 - no meds, still have cysts, no follicles. Boo!
Forced break. Continuous BCP for 6 weeks to give my jacked up ovaries a break.
Cycle #16 actively trying: May/June plan: Femara, Ovidrel Trigger, IUI! Bring iiiiit!

I have tater tot casserole in the crock pot.  It is super easy and super yummy, full of wonderful carbohydrate goodness!

Spaghetti squash and homemade pasta sauce with smoked tomatoes, with a shaving of parmesean .

Also having a romaine salad with avacado and pomengrante seeds.

Maybe a glass of wine.

I'm making Maple Bourbon Chorizo stuffed pork chops that my hubby bought from the butcher, sauteed spinach and roasted sweet potatoes.  I'm debating on breaking open a Cabernet Sauvignon that I bought while we were on a wine tour, it doesn't exactly go with what I'm making but its either that or a prosecco. 

 I'm going to try out this recipe for the roasted sweet potatoes, which I found courtesy of Pinterest...

A stella DOES sound amazing.

DH will be having sloppy joes and home made fries by his request. (I will be eating sloppy "lennys" which are sloppy joes made with lentils lol)

I made some like that for DH the other day. He loved them. 

They were awesome I made some changes...used turkey sausage and fat free cottage cheese also cut cheese in half...best part was I froze half for next week! Oh yeah

Hubby made dinner today (VERY rare) which was osso bucco stew and crispy buns. we had red wine with it. Delish, and better that I didn't have to make or clean up!

Thanks!  My menu's sound great on paper but they don't always turn out that way.  I'm still kinda learning to good and figure out what taste's good together.  For the record the sweet potato recipe turned out great!
