Not yet, and I'm really hoping it doesn't start. I don't lose weight easily, and once it's on, it's probably going to stay there for awhile. Bah.
I actually find I'm more prone to feeling exceptionally full after eating a regular portion. Perhaps it's the baby bump that makes me feel like my stomach is distended (therefore "full") after I eat?
I guess if you're eating healthy stuff, it probably doesn't matter quite so much how often you're eating, right? I try to bring fruit to the office with me for as a snack. If I get peckish, then that's generally what I have to eat... or go hungry until I get home. The fruit usually wins.
