lower pains

I started having some pains on my side by my hip right below the top of my panty line. Its a sharp pain that comes and goes. Should I be worried?
My hubby and I have been together almost 5 years and married DH is normal (high count and high motility) . I have PCOS and annovulatory hypothalamus. Clomid #1 BFN Clomid #2 in Oct 2012 w/ovidrel trigger and IUI #1 on 11/1/12. 11/17/12 BFP! M/C at 9 wks 12/20/12 Switched to Letrozole 2/23/12 trigger and IUI #2!BFN Letrozole #2 march 2013, CD10 no response, given 2nd dose of Letrozole. Positive OPK & IUI #3 3/28/13 BFN Follistim Apr '13.05/16/13 BFP! EDD 1/24/14 BabyFruit Ticker Lilypie Angel and Memorial tickers

I had that with my first preg. it was a cyst and it went away.

This.  It was a cortus luteum cyst. It is normal and it went away by second tri. 

But if you are having severe/worsening pain, check with your doc.
